The ADA at 29: Much Progress, Much Remains

To mark the 29th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Janet Fiore partnered with Rick Grimaldi, a management-side lawyer at Fisher Phillips, to author an article for TLNT on how corporate teams can best work together to align workplace policies with the ADA’s vision of equality and inclusion. In the article, they outline practical steps including understanding an employer’s legal obligations, cross-training recruiters and managers, and eliminating electronic barriers for Americans with disabilities.
